Kim Youngjun, who conveys his messages by adding movie-like production to soft color expressions discusses 'the movement of the moon' in 〈The Moving Moon〉. Because people do not have memories of watching the moon’s movement, they feel that the moon merely stands still, shining modestly. But being under the moonlight, people often feel as if the moon is walking alongside them, talking about their deepest feelings because they feel as if the moon is gazing over them. The still moon, the moving moon, and the yellow light in the artwork are all 'the moon' at the same time as being a temporary change and a journey. Perhaps the reason that people rely on moonlight is ' possession'. as if looking up at the full moon to make wishes or lighting up round light bulbs and lighting equipment in the hope of having the warm moonlight in dark environments. The moon is possessed by the house, a person, the lamp, and the leaves briefly at times as the 'natural movement' of emotions. The artist wishes viewers to watch the delicate and kind movement of the moon never staying still and to make a small wish during a comfortable night.
